I’ve recently been the focus of press attention regarding my vision for radical change in pharmacy and healthcare as a whole. It’s wonderful to be widely acknowledged as a ‘leader of change’, and fuels me even further in my mission to deliver the preventative healthcare system everybody deserves.

With Alitam we are on the way to delivering this, as well as accelerate our roll-out of GP-type services in our pharmacy stores, helping to relieve the burden on GPs and hospitals. This has been my vision from day one, to use the existing pharmacy industry infrastructure, and the expertise, skill and qualifications of our pharmacists, to help communities with minor ailments, diabetes checks, vaccinations, weight loss clinics and much more.

Now, as the article acknowledges, Alitam wouldn’t be here were it not for my Overnight Multiple Merger Model (OMMM), a world-first M&A model offering low risk and high profit after tax (PAT). It facilitates the consolidation of large numbers of successful individual companies in record time in order to drive up standards and profits in saturated and fragmented industries.

As the originator of the OMMM, I was previously responsible for the consolidation of up to 122 individual accountancy companies overnight, something no one else has dared to try – never mind achieve. Xeinadin was born in 2019, and continues to deliver much-needed change in the accountancy sector. The consolidation process was completed in a record-breaking 256 working days, and I led from the front from day one.

I personally headhunted hundreds of profitable and entrepreneurial accountancy firms, according to size, expertise, specialisms and jurisdiction. I created a vision, mission and values so that a shared culture was established on day one. The 122 independent businesses worked collectively, united in the belief they would be valued three times more than traditional values if they entered the model. They were galvanised by my unerring belief in what could be achieved for accountancy.

I lead with absolute conviction in what our Chairman, Sir Ken Olisa, calls the ‘industrial logic’ of Alitam. I have constructed an executive board of breathtaking talent, following a year of continual engagement and negotiations. My Alitam board features luminaries as Sir Ken Olisa, Lord Lieutenant of London; Antony Isaacs, former MD of HSBC Global; and Zac Brech, former MD of Credit Suisse.

Every single appointee, including my latest Board additions Bharti Patel, former Avicenna Group Executive Director, and Alice Hare, former Head of Operations at Wells, shares the drive to work collectively, as one body with one vision: to deliver easily accessible, affordable healthcare.

I’m encouraging all pharmacies to pull together, and we’re implementing innovations at incredible speed. The cross-fertilisation of ideas is astonishing. Our acquisition strategy is ambitious; we’re planning for 10 percent organic growth over the next five years.

Our radical plans for preventative healthcare – as opposed to the current, reactive model – are also bold. I recently announced a multi-billion-pound plan to launch a chain of ‘Super Pharmacies’ across the UK and Ireland within the next five years. These Super Pharmacies will offer everything from highly regulated ophthalmic and audiology services to physiotherapy and even midwife-led care.

And I’m not stopping there. I’m leading change not just with Alitam but with all pharmacies through my ‘Global Reset 2022’ initiative: a new collective comprising some of the best minds within the business, medical and political sectors. All are combining forces to rethink the UK’s outdated, underfunded medical model and build a revolutionary new national preventative healthcare system underpinned by pharmacies.

The Covid-19 pandemic has exposed and deepened a crisis in the nation’s healthcare, with NHS waiting lists for routine treatments set to rise to 10 million within the next 12 months. It’s glaringly obvious that now is the time to address the fundamental issues. We need to build a preventative healthcare system rather than the current reactive one, which is costly and inefficient.

That’s why I’ve assembled the Global Reset 2022 group of visionaries – quite frankly, people with astonishing talents and a track record in implementing radical change – with a remit to radically rethink the current medical model. I want us to be the first nations in the world to offer this revolutionary – yet easily implemented – preventative healthcare solution. As such I invite all pharmacies to join us, so we can share the knowledge and determination to make it happen, and create a healthier life, for everyone. And I’m currently engaged in identifying and interviewing over 50 prominent business people, including several highly experienced and visionary leaders of the medical world, to be a part of this disruptive Global Reset 2022 healthcare initiative.

I’m honoured to be tipped as the ‘leader of M&A activity in the UK and Ireland’. I’ve certainly been inundated with offers from Private Equity firms – totalling over £50million – to build another pioneering business on the OMM model. Yet while I am keen to bring radical reform to other industries, I am now resolutely focused on the Alitam mission: to reduce suffering and empower people to take the very best care of themselves.
